Well I’m thinking it will be recession proof since I will be renting the other side. I’m just wondering if the costs to build will be low enough in order to benefit from the cash flow

So I’ve been looking for a duplex to purchase so I can house hack. The problem is I can’t find one in the Atlanta Georgia market that’s nice enough for me to live in that I can afford. I’m thinking maybe I can have one built. Anyone know what the cost may be to build a 3/2 duplex? Good or bad idea?

Hello BP. I’m looking into buying some land but not sure if most lenders even finance land. Any advice on how I should go about this?

URGENT!!!!!

I have a client who's using a Jumbo Loan to purchase a home here in Atlanta Ga.  The problem is her Credit Union just told her that they can't do a 90% loan at the last minute (her finance contingency is up tomorrow).  Appraisal was already ordered and everything.  Supposed to close on 10/18/19.

HEEEEEEELP!!!!!! LOL

How do we save the deal?????  How do we find another Jumbo Loan with 10% or lower down!?!?!?!

Well if done individually they are $50k a piece. The problem is finding a lender that will loan $50k 3 times.
