Welcome aboard, Anthony!  I've done all types of real estate investing, and have come to the conclusion that multifamily and self storage provide the best risk-adjusted, stable, predictable returns of all.  I lean toward multifamily due to much higher barriers to competition.  I wrote on this in a new book I published recently.   

Great idea, Jason!   I really like Clayton Morris, #151.  His humility, sincerity, and desire to make a difference in the world really shined through.  That was my first intro to Clayton, and now I'm following his podcasts as well.
