Want to start real estate investing

        Hello my name is Gabriel , Just got out of the military and looking to networking and learn  real estate investing in all forms. Buying a home really made me think of owning multiple homes to rent out to people. I've read many books and i'm quite interested in learning and owning real estate. I'm setting a goal for 2017 to invest in a small property to extend my knowledge and experience.

@Gabriel Nassif,

Consider looking for a 2-, 3- or 4-unit property to buy and to live in one of the units. The tenants will pay most or all of the building's expenses. The locals here on BP call that "house hacking".

Just an idea ...

... and thank you for your service!
