You could make it work with a local cleaner and a local handyman. Local to the STR, not local to where you live.

 No.  I do the maintenance, calls, on boarding and everything else.  I've got a lady that does the cleaning for free and I get to sleep with her.

You're not going to find someone that will be in charge of just the cleaning/maintenance for $350-$400 a month, let alone all the other things you mentioned.  Like everyone else said, do it yourself.  I DIY with my 23 STRs.  Self-educated in property management, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, marketing, appliance repair, guest relations, spying and sabotage.

Is that near Waxacoochie Valley?  I hear it's a real fun place.  You can even catch crabs there. 

Use "The Enemy" method.

There is a group of a dozen of my regular STR tenants coming here in a week. They usually bring me some Cajun food when they do a job here. I'm thinking about putting some presents for them under the Christmas tree. What would you put? (listed alphabetically)

1. Ammunition

2. Beef jerky

3. Cadbury bars

4. 80 proof spirits

5. Wine

 Is that a video of the property or a video of the money shot?  I mainly post on Craigslist and videos are not allowed.  That leaves me feeling flaccid.
