I was thinking of going to this and wondered if anyone

from NYC or nearby was considering it?  I was

planning on staying at an airbnb or hotel

and maybe sharing it with someone so

trips with uber would be less expensive..

option to purchase real estate, or agreement to assign contract

for sale and purchase?

I bought a HUD home in NJ I only
had to put 5% down and they

gave a mortgage for the rest,

the bidding was done online,

they want you to live in the property.

they say they hunt leads from over 12 sources

it seems like a handy tool, but do they

also find auctions and foreclosures?
