Just sold my NYC condo closing in two weeks

want to place an offer on the Palm  Springs condo

for $179, I have $125 in cash from the above proceeds

broker says I need a proof  of  funds for the other 55K

I looked at the Heritage for a rental

but think if  I keep paying rent my

funds will deplete and  I won't be

able to buy something

I have  looked at some  foreclosures on Auction.com

does anyone have experience with buying auction

properties?

I've been seeing a lot of low priced condos and  houses in

golf communities in Boca Raton, they have mandatory

memberships  that go for about 70K initially to approx

11K a year. Does anyone have anyone advice on

which one has the best deal? Most lenient rules

possible to share memberships etc
