Yes it is by fortune builders and I will definitely leave my checkbook

and credit cards home, I figured I might pick up some tips

in three days though I know its more of a sales pitch.

I will bring water, snacks and a sweater I hate these

cold places.

I purchased the 3 day seminar and am allowed one guest

its at the Hotel Roosevelt on 45th st NYC and runs from 6/17- 19

9 to 6 for 3 days.  Covers flipping, marketing speakers

are successful professionals in the field.

My Daughters boyfriend wants to find an investor for his house

so that he can lease it back to his ex wife for 2 or 3 years

in Alexandria Va.

My daughters boyfriend owns a house in Alexandria Va

a 1100 sf 2br 1bath with a new sun room on a 1/2 acre

lot.  The Mortgage s $404,000 with a 4% interest

due in 20 years, He wants his ex wife to reside there

for two years she is ill now, he will pay the mortgage

He has filed chapter 13 so is protected from foreclosure

the comps in the area are from 650,000 to 750,000

would appreciate some suggestions on what he

can do.
