I know its just the tip of the iceberg I feel it, they say

only 1% of the airbnb hosts have more than

I've been reading about different ways Airbnb businesses can be run

There is a group called Niido powered by airbnb, that is building

 a 324 apt complex in Kissimmee Fl, 

with the object of renting the apts  with the stipulation that they rent

their place 180 nights on airbnb, either as a hosted stay there is no limit, or

they also have a Master Host program that provides keyless and other

needed services for a fee.  Newgard Development group will own

100% of the complex..

I was thinking this might work on a smaller scale

I double checked it and see that they only want to do 

Seattle for now...I've been doing airbnb with

my NYC condo for 3 years with just a

few open days  fully booked most of the time

making money with airbnb...they say one

can rent places and use them??

I would love to have some more

 I saw an ad for a start up that says they will give you 50,000 down if you rent a bedroom in the purchased property for 350 days and give them 50% for three years? have you heard about this?
