THANK you so much, it seemed like a dauntless task

but with your suggestion it sounds much more doable.

My partner is a financial planner and has

clients looking for multi families, he

asked me if I could get lists of

self directed IRA holders, I

saw that Exact Data may have

those, has anyone gotten a

list like this?

My partner has investors with 100K approx who

are looking for small multi families, we  would

be the equity partners, I've heard that Houston

is a growing market any other suggestions

would be appreciated.

Thanks, I was wondering if the artists are going there,

that's what happened to the seedy areas in

Brooklyn, NY and now its expensive.

Hi thanks for the update, I've sold real estate in NYC for over 20 years

and have seen dramatic price changes, I used to show buildings

on Ave B and C in Manhattan for 100K but now they are over

a million.  I've heard that people from Wash DC are looking

in Baltimore now for cheaper places to live??

Is there any program similar to Profit Grabber

I read the reviews on that and they seem

to be mostly bad.  The concept of submitting

offers to multiple sellers seems like a

time saver...
