List of self directed IRA holders

My partner is a financial planner and has

clients looking for multi families, he 

asked me if I could get lists of

self directed IRA holders, I

saw that Exact Data may have

those, has anyone gotten a

list like this?

I do a couple of things with IRA investors. One, I spend time pulling public data from the county clerk and county appraisal websites for people who have lent out of their SD IRA or who own property in their SD IRA. These are great leads for investors and potential funding partners! They are the one's actually closing deals.

Exact Data does offer up lists of 401k and IRA owners in counties across the country. They can't tell you if its a regular IRA or SD IRA, but the lists are pretty awesome. If you call Dylan at Exact Data, he'll take good care of you. Minimum order is $1,000 at .06-.14 cents a lead. You get the full name, address, email and phone number sometimes. I love them!
