Oops I meant to say those are just different topics that I am looking for examples of. I'm actually doing this for somebody so I believe the email is sent out at a later date after the person opts-in and receives their "lead magnet."

I'm trying to market a website that is designed to connect rehabbers and developers with asset based lenders.

Hey BP,

I tried doing some research/search the forums before posting, but couldn't really find anything. I'm looking for some examples of an email that is sent after someone "opts in" to a lead capture website. So basically a catchy title and a short informational message about lending, real estate, flipping, investing, hard money and private money.

Anyone else do these? Let me know if more information is needed!

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site Jessica! Lofty goals are always good to have in my opinion and you seem to have a good mindset already. You should be able to find anything you will ever need from this site in your endeavors!

@Aaron K. Yeah without a doubt. I factor in everything that I have learned so far, especially anything Brandon Turner talks about. Property Management was the only thing I was trying to find a different angle on, but I will definitely continue factoring that in no matter what lol.

@David Faulkner That's perfect, exactly along the lines of what I personally was looking for and I'm sure Thea feels pretty similar! Just added all those to my list. Much appreciated.

@Greg Pond @Aaron K. Not sure why I lost the tag. Response is above.

@Garry C. Yeah I'm going to continue factoring in the property management percentage. I definitely know the rule, but I guess I'm always thinking of another angle, whether I ultimately choose that or not lol. As for profit, I'm probably looking for the standard $100-200 a door (I believe that's about standard at least).

@Greg B. I can't imagine ever forcing a deal to work. I think I will be too conservative for that. I was thinking more along the lines of having every intention of self managing my first property. If jumping in is becoming an issue for someone, maybe this could be a creative way of making the margin better, that's all really

@Greg Pond That is some great insight, especially the part about interviewing prospective property managers. I believe I would have some people to help manage the property, so I would lean on them if need be. I do have the mindset of hiring a property manager being the most beneficial decision in the long run.

@Aaron K. I hear what you are saying. Having a property manager take care of all but your first property is an option right? Like if you were just set on managing one.

Welcome to the forums Fjori! You'll have to let @Joshua Dorkin know how those rentals are doing! Inside joke from the podcasts, although I am working my way through the 40's right now, so maybe his feelings toward Detroit have changed in the last couple years lol.
