@Bonnie McCullough That is essentially what I have been hearing. Also, an important factor for me is that Quincy consists of mostly duplexes and my partner and I are targeting triplexes.

Hey everyone, wanted to see if I could get a discussion going on a pretty simple topic.

Welcome to BP Ross! Definitely stay active in the forums and check out some local real estate clubs to get into. Great source of networking and education.

Also, when replying to people specifically, make sure you type the @ symbol, followed by there first name. A box with their name will show up, click that, which tags them, therefore notifying them that you have replied.

Good luck in your home search and feel free to reach out regarding anything!

Welcome to BP @Adam Wells. Definitely stay active in the forums and look into joining a few local real estate clubs. Boston Wealth Builders and Black Diamond are two great ones so I would absolutely look into those.

Welcome to BP @Brittany Allen! I'm working towards a pretty similar goal (taking the test in mid August) and hoping to work mostly with investors. Do you currently occupy your multi family?
