@Robert Nason mentioned the two that I would suggest. Black Diamond also meets in Worcester. I believe they alternate every other month.

That's a ton of really helpful info @Shawn Holsapple I appreciate it. Getting an idea of what to expect is definitely nice and I like the tip about adding something towards the end of the body ensuring they can follow directions.

I currently only have one task for them to work on, but that makes me think of a way to simplify it so that they can hit the ground running.

@Chris McCune Yeah this is all new to me so that definitely seems like an avenue worth exploring for sure.

That's great @Chris McCune thank you for the suggestion. I will definitely have to give that one a try. I was asked to use Upwork, but I know there are other options out there.

Hey BP,

I can't remember which podcast it was that talked about someone's criteria for hiring a VA so I figured I'd ask on here. For those of you that have done this, what criteria were you looking for in a VA? Job Success, Cost, Hours, combination of everything?

Thank in advance!

@Tom Leonard thank you for that useful information! So like you said, you do not currently have any examples within this industry yet, correct?
