I'm great at taking care of people....but there comes a point where you reach a level of mastery and the learning plateaus. To me, the next chapter seems so logical to move into r.e.i.

I've always had a passion for real estate - when I'm driving around most days, I'm always telling my passenger my estimates for properties or what you could do with that empty lot. To say I have lofty goals is an understatement and I am a dreamer (real estate developer one day?). But with all the business books I've been reading and ones about goal setting, it's about ACTION. So here I am, up early to put out my first post - to put into action my loft goals of 50 rental properties in 5 years and if I can also build my own business with this, it would be glorious to not have to put on my Danskos anymore. Here is to my word this year "FREEDOM". Game on! (...and I'm excited to meet all of you too....)
