visio financial lends privately with int rates from 14-18% with opt to cash out refi in 6months. They are located in Austin,tx really helpful just spoke with them today.

Whats up my NOLA locals? Marigny/bywater area and even north of that area is on a HUGE upswing! renovations every corner and home prices and rent skyrocketing. We should all get together and pick each others brains.

Im trying to find out the benefits of why and when should you put your rentals into an LLC. I know after 4 properties your required to but I only own one. Whats yalls thoughts?

not sure how it's done by you but in New Orleans when they get ready to auction off the sale the auctioneer will read off and let you know if there's outstanding balances. Have you attended the auction before?
