Closing on 3rd property!!!

Hey Friends and Family on BP.  We are closing on 1st buy and hold and third property total this week. Purchased a home in the hotspot of North Dallas area and have tenant waiting on closing and a few minor updates and repairs.  Boy are we having fun!  Put up sign in first property purchased and received call on it today. Should have it ready in couple of weeks. Thank You Bigger Pockets!!!!   Tom & Roni.
