what type of windows are installed now? Is it the old windows with led weight?

What area are you looking to invest in? I have a few multis in new orleans and one SFR in gulfport.

Hi @catrina Nealy and welcome to BP. I have 3 buy and holds in new orleans area in the new marigny area. Things are really changing quickly in this area and stuffs hard to come buy. I use a good wholesaler to find me decent properties that need rehab. Hit me up if you have any questions.

Most of the stuff I buy is in or around " holy cross , new marigny , new bywater area" Just bought from a wholesaler last week in the new marigny area and im still looking for more. If any of you are wholesalers or are getting into it send some deals my way.

@cambria watson get fimiliar with this area bc there is no shortage in vacants and property value is going up quick.

Come to south louisiana work in one of the many refineries that pay 100k + a year only working 6 months out the year.
