I haven't done anything thing in terms of investing yet. I recently bought my first personal property ( a co-op in Mt Vernon) but now im ready to start investing. I dont have the capital to invest in westchester yet but I am thinking about heading up to Ct to get started.My plan is to build a portfolio of buy and holds and also flip/wholesale some properties to build capital for my other properties.

Id like to gain some knowledge and contacts down here because I know the area and if possible this is where I ultimately want to be. Please let me know when you do the next meet up I would like to attend.

Were you ever able to meet with anyone to get started?

If you ever are unsure try telling them you will get back to them later with a final answer. Then you can email or text them no. Doesn't work in all situations but that's how I used to give bad news at my 9-5. It could work in this situation
