Random question

What if one of the owners doesn't want to sell? Or is it a majority rules kinda thing

My cousins and I inherited a plot of land in Poinciana and we have decided its time to sell it. Has anyone worked with a realtor in the area? Or does anyone know a builder that might be interested in buying the property?

My wifes family actually moved down to palm bay from new rochelle and ended up 10 min away from my family before we started dating.

His tax returns should give you a some what accurate representation. Although some people fudge those numbers.

Even if it is a new construction I would still put money away more for cap ex/ or even if you want to call it repairs. Depending on how long you plan to hold something will eventually need replacing.
