Be transparent here. You want a model 3. Do you want it more than the downpayment on your next house?

I personally wouldn’t because of the political climate in that area... but that’s just me.

Could you punt them back to your name for the refi and then kick them right back into LLC? They can always do due on sale clause - but I personally have never had it happen (or heard about anyone else).
