I would like to chime in that I’ve been working with Zuluscape for years and have if mixed to negative results. Switched over to Moudy and Co and have been thrilled. They are responsive, proactive, transparent, and most importantly priced fairly. 

Highly highly recommend at least having the conversation.

Hey - I used these guys and they were able to get me $55k on the first round. John was an absolute breeze to work with and I highly recommend. I'm currently using the cards as my rehab funds, and using my own equity on the purchases. So far, it is a match made in heaven!
