@Mindy Zimmerman and @Mindy Jensen

I also think its crazy to not got a little out the way and say thank you for a job well done. Yes that's what all agents are SUPPOSED to do is their job but, how many really do let's be honest here probably half of the people who have a license should not have one. There are so many people looking for a home so why does everybody have to be so cut throat about it relax a little seems like over half of the comments on this post were like they were insulted at the idea haha. Remember we should treat people how they want to be treated yes real estate is a sales job but it's more of a customer service job and relationship business above all else.

@Tyler Flagg thank you for the info that was a lot of great things still waiting to hear back from brandon and josh about the idea but i have been able to collect a lot of great ideas and information from everybody on here. I am starting to think whatever the decision on the podcast is i will want to be putting something together regardless since i believe the value in putting the information out there is a great idea. There is so much information out there that if i would of had a place to find it all like BP i would have started a long time ago and.

I remember getting out of the military thinking i had a good plan of how i was going to take care of myself once i got out and well that didn't really go or work like i thought it would have. If i would have started house hacking while i still had the bah and solid income i could of had a couple of multi family buildings by the time i got out.

@Account Closed Thank you. I know it takes a lot to get the wheels spinning at first but, i am looking forward to shifting from only helping people find an apartment to finding their home. Even more excited to start working with investors since i know there isn't a lot of agents that understand how investors think there are a lot on biggerpockets but, not so much in an office.
