Jon S. I finally figured out how to tag people still pretty new on here so getting used to everything but IMO I would look into having them all separate to reduce the risk. I would speak to a lawyer about it though to really help clear things up. I did a lot of reading up on forming an LLC before I formed one and still can get mixed up at times. I'll pm you the place I went through they might be able to help you out .

@ rob You can lose your buildings if you ever get into a lawsuit. If each building is separated by an LLC for each then if something was to happen personally they can't go after you building since it isn't in your name. Another reason is if something were to happen at one of your buildings if they're not protected they can go after all of the buildings versus just the one where the problem came from.

Thank you Pat S for your response. 

I had a feeling this was the case but just wanted to make sure before i spent money on it. Most of the people i have talked to didn't know what it was when i had asked them about it. I ve got a plan on how I am going to reach out to veterans so this would have just been an additional way to get some possible leads.

Congrads on your transactions that is a large number to do in a year. I want to help veterans since as one myself i can connect with them on a more personal level. Since most veterans usually only have 10 days to find their next home getting in contact with them sooner will help the process go a lot smoother.

This question was geared towards veterans and not investors. As you know working with investors is a different type of client with different needs and concerns . Investors care more about the numbers and the person that they are dealing with can deliver as you have said.

Leigh C are you a realtor ? If you are look into the " i need to learn some manners class" could go a long way. 

anyways back to the question on point if anybody has USEFUL input i would love to hear from you.

I am really looking into getting this since i want to be able to attract veteran buyers. so for anyone that has this was it worth having the cert and what kind of advantage does this give you vs an agent that does not have it ?  thanks for anybodys input?

Hello BiggerPockets Community, 

I Am a real estate professional and investor that has just recently relocated from Chicago, IL to Plymouth, MI. the experience that i have in real estate has been primarily in the rental market in chicago for the past two years. After getting an understanding of how management companies and private investors had the kind of freedom that I desire, it was time to be on the other side of the table. 

I Am currently working at the keller Williams Plymouth-Canton market center. My focus is to work with investors, helping veterans find their next home since being  a veteran myself i want to look out for them, helping expired listings sell by identifying the reason the home didn't sell and then coming up with a plan that will met all of the sellers needs. 

looking forward to meeting everybody.
