Hey Everyone, 

Eleven years ago at the age of 29, a man by the name of Joshua Dorkin came up with an idea to create a community of real estate investors for the purpose of helping YOU learn how to invest in real estate.

His vision, relentless perseverance, integrity, and passion resulted in what is now the world's largest online platform for real estate investors, BiggerPockets.

Today is Joshua Dorkin's 40th birthday (Don't be afraid to let him know how old he is getting :). So, PLEASE give thanks and birthday wishes to this truly amazing leader, entrepreneur, boss, and friend.
