1. Is it possible you made the text less dark?  or is the font different. It is much harder to read. PLEASE PLEASE fix this. You used to have darker text for the content and signatures and names seemed lighter in the past.

2.  The smaller member pictures are just annoying, they add no value because you can't see anyone.

2.  I can't see more then one thread comment at a time on my screen but it is harder to read it isn't bigger, I can't figure out why I see so little content at a time. Is it more white space and additional stuff. The signature used to be more separate, I think, that was easier.

3.  the left voting button under peoples names is not intuitive to me.

I can't speak to any features but please please fix the text darkness......

I too can't figure out why so little content appears on my large Mac screen.  Your entire post above didn't even fit on one screen.  There must be more white space now. I need someone under 30 to mention the text color/boldness issue as the demo that's mentioning it is making me wonder if we're all early AARP.

 Im 27 and have a really hard time reading this as well plus i agree why does it feel like im looking at this through a tiny iphone screen on a 15 inch screen way to much white space and makes it really hard to read.

Front is way to small and thin much harder to read and i have good eyesight. also not a fan of how much smaller the posters information is either much harder to read and find myself leaning into the screen to read what was easy t read before hand. Why are the topics or the forum post feel so out of place compared to the old format the original poster should show up under the title like before since like others have said it important to know since some people on here are known for giving great feedback or threads.

All in all the old format wasn't broken at all so why was it changed so much they are some great features with the new up date i think it should have been a slower change other then Bam here is the new layout. reminds me of how facebook changed up their website and made it frustrating to use for quite a while.

Even typing up this post my eyes are starting to hurt by reading this which sucks because i love the website but not going to use it if i get a headache from reading or replying to posts.  You guys do a great job with the website but this one time i believe was a complete miss in terms of the overall change.

@Don Colagrossi

Definitely a proud moment for sure. Not the time to stop studying though since what you need to know to pass the state exam won't promise that a person can be a good agent by that alone.

Luckily I have a good understanding of what it would take to be a good agent and have learned from my past mistakes as a leasing agent in the city for the last 2 years. you learn really quick when you work in an industry where if you don't sell you don't eat haha.

@Roberto Escapita Jr

Thanks for sharing.

Keep in mind to use the VA loan you will have to get you score up to around a 620 but if there are things that need to be removed working towards those will increase your score a rather big amount. They also look at your payment history as well i have been doing a ton of research on VA loans since i can use it as well and these are some of the things i have found.

You're on the right track being on here though the more you post the faster you learn.

@J. J. said this is a great place to start. I was in the military as well and took a very long road to becoming an investor myself and I really believe that I would be so much farther if I would have found this while I was still in the navy before I got out the amount of knowledge and the kind of connections you can make on here is unbelievable. Best advice i can give you is to get active on the website ask and answer questions that you know and the speed at which you will learn will be shocking.

Best of luck to you and if you ever have any questions free to reach out.

 Nice I finally figured out how to do this.

6ft 1 " a little smaller" haha

@Darryl Dahlen

That's what i was starting to get a feeling of in terms of the larger the more you have to be able to prove that you can handle it. In terms of size wise I don't think  going over anything past 10 unit buildings for at least the first few years to get that good track record as well to make sure that i have enough reserve money to handle any repairs that come up because i know they have the tendency to do so even when you reduce the chances.

I Am sure the first 1-3 years will be some of the most work, time consuming, and learning from things i could have done better. Because of this i will more then likely take the time to set up my business correctly and then after the 3 year mark really put the pedal to floor and expand.
