@Brandon Turner@Brad McDaniel this would be a really cool feature to possibly do. this would be a great thing to have while you're out in the field. i have a couple of ideas that might be cool to have.

Instead of a full stand version maybe just allow us to add the data in email the file or possibly have it send to the online version. I have no idea how or if this would even be a good idea since it may be too much work to do but would be great have some sort of the calculator on the app.

@Amanda Hanlooking forward to reading the book and listening to the podcast. I wanted to listen to your podcast this morning but i had found the E-myth episode before i started heading to work and couldn't resist the urge to hear that one since it's been brought up it feels like in most of the recommended books.

I did pick up your book since anything that BP has put out i have read book wise has been amazing for the value that it provides and some of the bonus stuff that was included is well worth it.

@Mindy JensenThere are a lot of cool new things you guys have added that are really cool that I like. Biggest thing for me that after going back and forth on the main page and here is I've noticed that the little grey border is gone for this part which makes the whole screen white so there isn't any way to separate anything. Adding the image, video, link and plenty of other things are great adds that will make things much better after everybody starts getting used to them myself included.

So for me after having some time with the new format the main thing is just all of the extra white space is what makes my eyes focus much harder.

@Frank S.Oh yes if cash flow is the ideal and the areas to be targeted would have to be north i wouldn't spend too much time on two flats but thats just IMO. With the city being as big as it is @Patrick Stevensnorth side included do you have an area that you are looking to target yet?

@Frank S. yes the northside can for sure be a much harder area to get good cash flow deals since prices are much higher but they can still be found in certain areas that aren't in the hot spots or right near up and coming areas. But like you had said it does strongly depend on what your needs are and the price range you are looking into.

@Patrick Stevenswelcome to the site. you have found a great resource on this website best advice that i can give you would be to  get active on the site the more people see that you are on here the better the chance you will attract people towards you. The amount of networking that this site provides us is incredible when we use it to the best of its ability.

@John J.had said is also key learning and reading is great but if you're not taking action after getting some understanding then it's just a distraction that won't get you anywhere best of luck on your goals.

It won't be easy but it will be worth it !

@Brie Schmidt

Since I just saw a post earlier today that there won't be a bp summit for 2016 is there any way that I could possibly help put together a meet up so something in chicago? I know everybody has a lot on their plate but if enough people chipped in to help I would like to think we could make something happen right?

@Mindy Jensen

As i have been told when i was growing up if you only complain about a problem and not give any solutions you become part of the problem so here are mind ideas to possibly help after giving it some thought:

1.) Maybe if all of the white space was taking away and add like a lite gray in the box that people have their posts in would really help making it easier on the eyes. Also make the font and space that the reply takes up bigger. I like the hardest thing is to focus on what we are reading since there is no contrast and it takes much more focus to read it.

2.) Like somebody else had recommended maybe give the option of using the old style not sure how much trouble this would be but that would let the people who like this new layout to keep it and also allow others like myself to use the old format.

Overall like I said in the other posts you guys have done an amazing job with running the site and i'm sure you guys will find a happy medium. Change isn't always easy but sometimes it's for the better.
