Derrick Casson welcome to bigger pockets you have found the right place to be for gaining knowledge. I wish I would have found this website site 4 years ago when I first got some what interested in real estate. Depending on where in the city you live there is a met up on every third Tuesday of the month on the north side it is hosted by Brie Schmidt I have met a lot of great people from the met up. Other then meeting people make sure you keep posting on here after a while people will start to reach out to you.

Isaac Plumb welcome to bigger pockets. There is a lot of very knowledgable people on the website that can help you out during the process. The more active you are on the website that better and more value it will provide to you. Housing hacking is the best way in my opinion to get started since it is a crash course to investing. Working with another member on here looking to do the same as your doing. Once you know what your numbers are that you have to reach stick to them it's the best way to protect yourself for buying a bad deal. Have you looked into the suburbs at all ? Generally your sales price is much lower and the monthly rent is lower but not by a large number.

Vick Galu if you spend a little bit of time you can make some really good looking cards from vista print for a decent price. The place everybody has brought is what I'll switch to after the current cards run out their quality looks really good and they aren't just the same old boring cards.

@Percy Matsunaga yes feel free to give me a call Pm with the time you would like to talk so that why i've got it and add to my calendar. @Justin Ho i also agree legal zoom only seems to do gernal knowledge which is okay but the best way is to get your state specific information.

@Percy Matsunaga what do you plan on using the attorney for ? Could you be more specific if you are looking for a real estate attorney Which it seems like you are. I would look for a specialized one that deals with real estate on a daily basis. I'm not to familiar with legal zoom but i now they offer a lot of services and try to upsell. I know this because when i formed my llc I looked into them and after it was all said and done it wasn't a cheap as they advertise and i chose to go with a lawyer who deals with asset protection as his primary focus and it ended up being less expensive and IMO set up better.

This is something I have thought about getting into but never did look to much into it. What would are some good sources to gain some knowledge to better understand Mobile homes and how the whole process works.
