Bigger Pockets calculators as an app?

@ brandon Turner and Joshua dorkin. Are the Bigger Pockets calculators ever going to become an app?. I would gladly pay to be able to use these wonderful resources on my iPhone when I'm at a Property. If you could include pictures and that also in your flipping calculator, you could snap pictures so youremember what your working with I feel if this is not in the works it Should be it could be a great resource for the whole bp community I also feel it would be a good revenue generator for BP I'm curious how the rest of the BPers feel a about this.
