How many of you have had people or FAMILY laugh at or ridicule your real estate dreams? Things like "Well Be careful doing so, or so because.." or "Well, nothing is that easy" or "You really should be getting your degree, instead of..."  or "You're 22, what can you possibly be doing to..."

I have a family name I want to change for generations to come, and that is primarily my "why"

But what is mentioned above just makes it that much sweeter...  :)
