Hello all!  I am a new member living in Oxford, AL.  I graduate nursing school in less than a week and I am wanting to get started investing as soon as possible.  I have been working throughout my career as a student and have saved up a fair sum of money, and also have others with whom I can invest as partners.  My limitation is that I am going to move to Los Angeles, CA after graduation, but want to invest in properties in Oxford, AL.  While I am young and new to the world of real estate investing,  I am eager to learn.  I've already read several books on the subject as well as listened to BP podcasts and studied other forums as well.  My goal is to start investing in single family homes and then work my way into multi-family real estate.  Thanks in advance for all of your feedback!

hey @Andrew Shelton I'm with @Logan Allec on this one as well. Time and time again I've been told to use my FHA ability to begin my investing career buying a fourplex where other renters are paying for my property. Keep us updated. Would like to see what you end up doing.
