@Brian Eastman

What firm would you suggest?

As of now I am using TDameritrade. Sadly the reason I chose them is because they had one of the lowest minimum deposit requirements. I'm new to this so all I was doing was purchasing S&P 500 ETF Funds using Dollar Cost Averaging until I heard of this. lol

@Brian Eastman

Fantastic! This information is very helpful! Thank you!

So does this have to be a self directed IRA? I have a ROTH set up as of now. But from what you are saying I need a checkbook IRA LLC?

@Darren Horrocks

Specifically speaking, Birmingham AL is a great market right now.

@Account Closed

Take some time and educate yourself with the awesome tools and forums on BP. You'd be amazed at what you can do with no or low capital.

I hate to bust any bubbles, but I believe it will be very difficult to find anyone to do what you're asking. But I may be wrong!

Anyways, it's always good to see another Alabamian on BP.

Happy Investing!

Hello everyone,

I was just going to see how many of you have done a Roth IRA option to flip houses?

I've heard this is a great way to expedite the growth of your retirement account but I'm wondering how to technically do this?

I've been doing the the "Miracle Morning" routine for quite a while and it has been absolutely fantastic. I'm more focused throughout the day, I have more energy and I'm twice as productive as I was before I started doing it. But, I have an issue and I'm wondering if anyone else experiences it as well...

During the "S" (Silence) part of the "Miracle Morning"... I seem to keep falling asleep. :D

This morning I did several jumping jacks, burpees and pushups before I started. It didn't help.
