Welcome to BP! I started investing about 1 1/2 years ago and am SO GLAD I did. I researched and researched  before ever purchasing my first deal, and since then, I have not stopped educating myself. @Micah Lundstedt There are a LOT of us in here that invest in Indy and have never lived there! It's a great place to look at. I've been investing in Indy for just over a year and have no plan on stopping. You should consider it!
