We are currently working with an investor on a project in Weehawkin. The flip should be finished within the next 6-8 months so will keep you posted on the actual numbers.

@Shawn O'Gorman I wish I started at 22! I’m only starting out but I feel like I missed so many opportunities and I’m only 32 so take that for what it’s worth. Good luck to you!

Funding! I just started my real estate agent career but have listened to most of the BP podcasts. I feel like I have all of the right tools to my disposal especially since my father is a general contractor. I’m going to challenge myself and see if I can put an offer this month if there is a good deal around my neighborhood. Prices are just so high here though.

Think it makes a lot of sense to get your license if you do flips. I recently just got mine so I’ll let you guys know how it works out in the next year or two.

My father is a renowned general contractor for over 30 yrs and I just got my license as an RE agent. We are trying to break into real estate investing doing flips in the North Jersey area. Problem is we don’t know where to start or how we can get financing. Any helps and tips would be greatly appreciated.
