Looking for an Experienced Partner

Hello Biggerpockets community! 

Looking for guidance on how to get one or two experienced partners. My plan will be to bring the deals and fund them if down payment is required, while the partner will provides proof of prior deals and experience. We split the proceeds. 

I became interested in real estate business and have been studying the business for about two years. I joined BP a little over a year ago. Recently, about February this year, I decided it is time for action and began marketing and seeking out deals for little or no money down. On the few occassions I thought I was close to my first deal, the sellers wanted to see references or proof I have done other deals. Sure, they were right. I would ask as well if I was a seller.
