Any thoughts on West New York NJ area

I've seen a lot of homes being listed / sold around West New York NJ (zip code : 07093). Seems to be a decent neighbourhood and the best part is the commute to NYC. Worth investing / buying a house in this area ?

You can reach midtown in less than 30 mins via the bus and light rail to Jersey city takes around 20 mins.

Definitely. Union City and West New York are similar markets. I like them both. Similar to Jersey City Heights area. Not quite as popular for younger people, but lots of families and pricing is better. North Bergen is also not a bad place to invest in the same kind of environment as WNY and UC.
