Real Estate Related Side Hustles as an Agent

What are some real estate related part-time jobs you have done while working for commission as a real estate agent? 

Working for commission worries me. I'm concerned I won't make a sale within the first few months. I'd like to make money on the side to break even on my expenses and ideally save. Though I do not want to bartend or do anything non-real estate related. I'd like to focus on real estate 100%. Some ideas I have are handyman work, managing a RE website, or write RE blogs. But, what did you do or still do to make a little money on the side while working for commission?
