@Itay Binyamin You could use docusign or Rightsignature directly. I like podio for this purpose...deal process automation.

I dont think there's a limit in mojo. Remember these tools are cloud based software as a service. As long as you're paying...use away. We currently have over 100k records in mojo and adding roughly 10k records every couple of months... into mojo.

@Itay Binyamin Happy New Year! Thats pretty much what we do. Use Mojo for tracking leads in different Groups and use calling profiles to make keeping up with call rotations easier. I use podio for the automation needed when its time to send and manage offers...using Rightsignature etc.

I tried using podio to do everything and that was an overkill. Mojo keeps it simple for me and that works better for my brain

Thanks for the feedback!

Does this relief mean 2021 will continue the RE bull run? What are your thoughts and strategies for 2021 as a landlord and RE investor?

@Scott Lepore This is like a doctor looking to only give a patient 1 type of medication. As RE investors, when the patient comes to see you, we diagnose, then find the best suitable medication for your patient. I hope this helps. Sometimes the BRRRR medication is not suitable..perhaps wholesale or subto or owner financing or flip or lease purchase or note....you get the point

@Drew Bursey, its best to decide what ROI and cash flow that works for you. I suggest having a realistic target, for example, 10% Coc return, $250 min per door etc. The key is that you're being realistic for your market and for your capital.

For me $100 per door is not worth it and 4-5% roi is also not worth it because an ETF can do better without the hassle.

I hope this helps

@Ashley Cao For starters, you can use Trello, roor, callrail or mojo dialer depending on your volume and goals. For lead tracking, you can start with podio
