Does this relief mean 2021 will continue the RE bull run? What are your thoughts and strategies for 2021 as a landlord and RE investor?

Keep buying for cash flow. Don't underwrite rent bumps for the first year. Go in well capitalized. Same plan as always, just a different set of circumstances.

Janet Yellen is going to be the Treasury Secretary, and we know from her time at the Fed her stance on whether the money should keep flowing. The Fed is targeting even higher levels of inflation than we've seen in the past. I expect cash to continue to lose value rapidly, although I doubt a sky is falling hyperinflation scenario.
