Post: RE License or wholesale

@Tarica Davis Congratulations on your efforts. There is nothing wrong with getting and keeping your RE license and also wholesale as needed. Matter of fact, more states will probably require a RE license to wholesale in the near future. Also, having your license in my opinion sets you apart from all the "Hello, I'm an investor and want to buy your house". As an agent and wholesaler, you disclose who you are, follow your state laws and you can leverage both. I say do both. When needed, be an agent and when needed be a wholesaler. Good luck!

@Kynell Martin Bro, no reason to be confused. Go drive your neighborhood every day you can, focus on finding deals, you don't need to pay anymore anything. Go to YouTube and learn. Take action, read posts here on BP, ask questions that are specific and continue to be consistent. Drive for dollar, cold call, get your first deal, reinvest and Repeat

@Mike Barone We just signed up with ROOR. Seems very reasonable. The $500 package is .02 per inbound/outbound and .015 for $1000 account package. No setup fee, and $1/number/month. I mean...its almost free but If anyone has found a better option please share.

I can update you once we start using the system next week but the demo video was clear.
