Thank you for the prompt feedback. I enjoy the same locations you mentioned. However, I enjoy more the architecture buildings that South Beach offers. As far as my preferences, I prefer to have monthly cash flow, not necessary from renters but from monthly transactions and or installment plans from prior deals, funds loaned for different project, etc. Currently I have tenants that bring in profits but I want to build additional income in an effort to have resources to be involved in large maybe in commercial deals. Thus far my budget is up to $2000. I'm not closed minded to real estate investment opportunities. At your give me your feedback. I look forward to hearing from you.
