I recently learned about paying for someone's own taxes and or liens then ultimately if the debt is not paid to you (the person satisfies the tax/lien debt) then the property is yours. I'm located in South Florida and I would be honored to partner with any who has done several of these deals. Greg Horn is this tackier certificate course really worth it because I have heard that most of these courses are scam , I thought I should check with you before buying it.
