Tax, liens, etc

I recently learned about paying for someone's own taxes and or liens then ultimately if the debt is not paid to you (the person satisfies the tax/lien debt) then the property is yours. I'm located in South Florida and I would be honored to partner with any who has done several of these deals. I would invest money with this partner(s) and I will compensate this person(s) for mentoring me through the whole process. I look forward to hearing from everyone. Thank you all in advance for taking the time out reading my post.
