@Matthew Masoud I purchased a building on the south side of Chicago where all units were filled with squatters that responded to me in the same way. It was stressful, but I got all four units vacant using cash for keys. DM me if you want to talk about my experience and how I was able to turn a hostile situation into one that was manageable.

I live in Chicago, and my partner lives in Napa, but our wholesale and investment business is in North Carolina. We've found a lot of success there and want to replicate our team and processes in Texas. We're thinking of anchoring in San Antonio.

My partner and I will be in San Antonio on January 20 for a research trip. We'd love to learn about the market through someone that knows it well over coffee or lunch. PM me if that's you and you want to network!

@Chad Dickenson we use Aloha private lending for our front-end purchase and rehab, then refinance into their 30-year product. Rates are in the mid 4's for their 30 year. I believe you can refi after 3 months as long as you've used them for the acquisition and rehab. Hope this helps!

We’re looking to fill our Dispositions Agent position immediately for the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/Raleigh/Durham, NC market. As a Dispositions Agent, you’ll help us get in touch with new investors and work with current investors to sell our properties under contract. A large part of this position is prospecting over the phone, via email, in person, and over social media, so if you’re not okay creating relationships out of cold and warm connections, this is not the right position for you. We are looking for someone who can talk to people and negotiate and sell deals!

Our Acquisition Team’s responsibility is to find off-market properties and negotiate with sellers to get their properties under contract. Your job is to build our investor/buyer list and sell the properties that we get under contract to that list. Therefore, you must possess the ability to quickly build rapport, have cold conversations, follow up persistently and sell properties!

This is not your standard 9-5. But, if you have grit and are determined to build a life of financial freedom for yourself and your family, this is the right position for you. Our employees do not want a “job” - they want to build a business. At Green Street, we’re a close-knit team that cares about each other’s success. We not only want you to be successful in your job at Green Street, but we also want you to take what you learn from us and grow your real estate portfolio.

This position is commission-based mainly, but we do offer a base salary. We will pay you commissions for every property you sell. The amount you can make is endless, and the better you do, the higher your compensation structure. We want you to make money alongside us and believe you should be compensated for being an integral part of our team!

Green Street is different from other real estate wholesaling companies. We believe in providing our investors with great deals. We go above and beyond to solve problems for sellers and buyers. We also LOVE real estate. Our founders are active real estate investors and provide employees with opportunities to partner on various real estate projects.

What do you do for a living? If your day job isn't real estate-related, is it possible for you to make a career change? If so, there are plenty of high-paying real estate-related jobs that could help you learn the business further, network with others in the industry, and potentially even help you find deals that make sense.

@Matthew Stapleford my investors have used https://udirectira.com/ in the past and it's worked well. Jeff Dixon was their contact.

They used https://www.resurefinancial.co... to set up their LLC that included checkbook control. Bernard Reisz was their contact.

They used https://www.solerabank.com/ for their bank account because some banks won't allow an account to be set up this way or will just ask a lot of questions which will delay the setup process. Solera bank commonly deals with IRA-owned LLC's so the setup was seamless.

A large part of this position is prospecting over the phone, via email, and in-person, so if you’re not okay creating relationships out of cold and warm connections, this is not the right position for you. We are looking for someone who can not only talk to people but can negotiate and close deals!

Our marketing channels source leads and these lead phone calls will be routed directly to you. This is not your standard 9-5. If you have grit and are determined to build a life of financial freedom for yourself and your family, this is the right position for you. Our employees do not want a “job” - they want to build a business. At Green Street, we’re a close-knit team that cares about each other’s success.
