@Dutch Langley I did some research and saw that the owner had two children so it’s likely to be passed to them. I’ll wait and see if I can befriend some RE agents in the neighborhood.

I found out a homeowner in my neighborhood recently passed away (3 days ago). I’m interested in making an offer as it’s a hot neighborhood and an old house. What is the protocol for contacting the family? How would I find out if an agent has the listing?
