Is there anything that meets in Washington DC?  All the groups I have found are outside the city. Wondering if anyone would be interested in a meet up. 

Does anyone know online courses that I can take to qualify for the 60 hour requirement to take the Real Estate Salesperson exam?

@Dutch Langley I did some research and saw that the owner had two children so it’s likely to be passed to them. I’ll wait and see if I can befriend some RE agents in the neighborhood.

@Sean Lunny I don’t know if it will be for sale. I’m assuming they will sell it.

I found out a homeowner in my neighborhood recently passed away (3 days ago). I’m interested in making an offer as it’s a hot neighborhood and an old house. What is the protocol for contacting the family? How would I find out if an agent has the listing?

Congrats man!!! This is totally inspirational. I am saving up for my first investment and reading everything I can in BP right now. Good to see someone doing it! Can’t wait to dive on in!
