The first one we had in October was a great success and this is the second meeting! I hope to come up with some ideas for speakers in future events, like general contractors, real estate agents, etc. In 2020 I hope to make this monthly.  

Great seeing everyone!  Hit me up if anyone is interesting in the spreadsheet I was talking about.

If any one in this thread is interested, I plan on having a low key meet up at Red Bear Brewing in NOMA next month, Oct 12th from 1-3pm. It’ll be a great opportunity to meet fellow BP folks and talk about real estate!
