Calling all Real Estate investment professionals and hobbyists....its the one, the only, often imitated but never duplicated, BP KC Meetup. Aug 29th 7pm at Smittys Garage Burger & Beer at 88th and State line. Novices and seasoned (ie jaded) real estate investors sit around and talk shop. Note our new location, we usually meet at the Well in Waldo, but still brought to you by the same old John Wires Quinten Sepe and myself. Let us know if you have any questions. Hi Sam,

I just started with a new real estate CPA this year and I've been super happy with him. He went back and amended last years returns as well and saved me a bundle. He also has been instrumental is getting my cost segregation study started and answers emails within hours not days like the last guy. He's located in Overland Park but works all over. I don't think I can post his info directly here so I will PM you with it. :-)
