Kansas - Attorney & CPA Recommendations

New to BP. I am curious if anyone has suggestions about a good real estate attorney and CPA firms. Legal advice needs : LLC jointly owned by three partners / offer docs / county or city specific lease docs. Accounting advice : setup and on going maintenance of Quickbooks (or other recommended software). Needs to include balance sheet / income statement and tax strategy advice. Focused on mainly Johnson / Douglas counties at this time.

Hi Sam,

I just started with a new real estate CPA this year and I've been super happy with him. He went back and amended last years returns as well and saved me a bundle. He also has been instrumental is getting my cost segregation study started and answers emails within hours not days like the last guy. He's located in Overland Park but works all over. I don't think I can post his info directly here so I will PM you with it. :-)
