Dave Green at Accurate Title is very well versed in closings for out of state buyers. 

This property has separate electric meters already. The electric you are seeing is just for foyer and the h2o heaters which are on a house meter. The water is not separately metered but could be with a little work.

Awe, that’s awesome @Craig Nelson. I predict one more snow and a record frenzy of activity in 3 weeks. So many people have been holding off listing and looking until weather clears. Can’t wait! 

In invest in both KC and Omaha. Be weary of Douglas county NE property taxes, they tend to kill cash flow and are out of control in my opinion. On the other hand the KC MF market is redic tight right now. Finding anything in that 10-20 unit range has been a challenge. 

We were just talking about this. KC has had an usual amount of snowfall this winter and rental activity has been really slow. Its not just you.
