I've talked to two people in the Corpus Christi local government in they didn't state anything about zoning. This is new to me, where would I learn more about the zoning of the AirBnB for Corpus Christi?

I only have two houses in title in Corpus Christi that will be closing next month so I'm in the beginning stages of getting them, rehab, and turning them into a AirBnB. However, I will be self-managing them myself.

Thanks for getting back with me, just picked up my first AIRBNB house in 78412. So wish me luck. LOL What area in Corpus would you say to purchase in and stay away from? Any other advice would be helpful. Thanks

No this is not allowed. Because ownership would be split and a bank is not going to allow that. Ask yourself where you want to financially in 10-30 yrs. Do you want to keep the mailbox money coming in or do you want a big payday and keep it moving.

Sounds like a good plan to get where you want to be. Killeen like most cities is hit or miss. I would stay south of the main highway. But also look at the other cities near Killeen. Harker Heights, Belton, Temple, and Copperas Cove.
