Hey all my Raleigh-Durham/RTP/RDU people! We'll be meeting at Ruckus Pizza in Morrisville (1101 Market Center Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560) on Thursday March 31st, 2016 at 6pm. For those of you who attended last month, it's the same location. Hey Sonja welcome to BP! I'm in the Raleigh area and it's an awesomely competitive market to be in. The deals are difficult to come by, especially if the MLS is your only resource, but there is definitely plenty of money to be made here. Your background in interior design should make your transition into house flipping seamless. Stay active on this site and network with folks in the markets you're interested in. Nothing beats boots on the ground when you can't be there 24/7!

Hey Jamie I'd definitely contact a CPA and get their input. If you need a referral, look up Paul LoRusso with JIL CPA. I'm sure an email to him will bring some clarity to your situation.

Welcome to BP Tresean! As Adam mentioned, we have been doing a monthly meetup for local BP members on the last Thursday of every month.
