Hello to all the Raleigh/Durham/Cary/RTP locals! This month we're having a pizza party! This meetup will be held on Thursday, February 25th at 6PM at Ruckus Pizza in Morrisville; we will be on the enclosed, heated patio. There is still no fee to attend, no obligation to purchase anything, no RSVP required, and you can bring a friend, spouse, etc. if you'd like.

We usually meet the last Thursday of every month. February meetup will be on the 25th but the location is still TBD. Make sure you have your Keyword Alerts set up and you'll receive an email once it's announced.

I personally don't send the other agent a gift but I have received a thank you card from the other agent after closing a transaction.
